Christians believe in the sacredness of life and that humanity is created in the image of God and is forever growing in God’s likeness.
Investigate and imagine different ways the people of God can honour and celebrate the sacredness of life.

To believe that humanity is created in the image of God is to believe that God dwells within human beings.
When individuals who claim this belief use their abilities to create, they share in the creative power of God and although God transcends every material representation,something of God’s image can be revealed. Jesus Christ, as the perfect image of God, offers human beings a model for life.
