Knowledge and understanding of aspects of religions and other worldviews enables selfunderstanding, cooperation and the promotion of the common good.

Name the commonalities and differences in and between religious and other worldviews that encourages people to respectful engagement with others.

Elaborations

There are nine formal aspects of religion which include: beliefs; sacred stories; spaces places times and artefacts; texts; rituals; symbols; social structures; ethics; and spiritual experience.

Developing knowledge and understanding for these aspects helps us to respect the other.

These aspects allow for explorations not only within and between different religions but also between religions and worldviews. Possible worldviews include:

Indigenous Spiritualities; Atheism, Wicca, New Ageism, Environmental Philosophy, and Humanism etc.
